  1. This is a prescient article because of what it leaves out. The real question is what will happen to the communities in places like Kordofan who have traditionally supported the south but will find themselves in a northern Islamic state?

  2. Apologies I meant the Abyei, Nuba Mountains and Southern Blue Nile Regions not Kordofan.
